After moving here, it immediately became apparent there was a real need for reputable Estate Management/Home Watch Service, mainly due to the large portion of our Seasonal Residents (affectionately called Snow-Birds), owners having multiple homes, and owners looking to have someone take care of their day-to-day needs.  I wanted to bring some of my life experiences from the Emergency Services world, along with previous jobs in building trades, property maintenance, the hospitality industry, and experience working and driving exotic vehicles altogether to form a business.  Naturally, the Home Watch Industry became increasingly intriguing to me, and I decided to open Naples Premier Home Watch, LLC.

At Naples Premier Home Watch, we aim to provide exceptional Estate Management, Home Watch and Concierge Services to all of our clients, by delivering them extraordinary customer service, every time.  To help achieve this goal, I am a Graduate of the Home Watch Academy, and have been trained, tried, and tested.  Along with this program, I became a member of the International Home Watch Alliance (IHWA).  The IHWA was a non-profit organization dedicated to the education, mentoring, and the professional development of Home Watch providers.  , I became the President of that prestigious organization and continued to carry out the vision of the Alliance each day, to train, advocate, and standardize the Home Watch Industry. 

Alexandria

Originally from California and Arizona, Alexandria came to Florida to finish her college degree at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) in communications. While here, she fell in love with the beaches, climate, and endless summer temperatures that we experience here in Southwest Florida and decided to make it her home. Alexandria comes to us from having experience in the hospitality and medical industries. After joining Naples Premier Home Watch, she knew this profession was much more than a job and wanted to make it her career. She very much enjoys the ability to work both in the office and field each day and loves the fact that no two days are the same.

Alexandria quickly honed her position at Naples Premier Home Watch and currently oversees every aspect of the business along with Vinny. She assists with client communications, coordinating contractors (i.e cleaners, HVAC, electricians, plumbers, etc…) for client’s homes and is a vital part of the organization. Alexandria also spends time in the field and has direct contact with clients, contractors, and other business owners to develop essential partnerships to better serve our clients. 

When Alexandria is not at work she enjoys going to the beach, traveling, going on new adventures, and spending time with family and dog Joey.
